2015 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I went from cruise control at 70 mph to limp-home mode on my way to Morehead City two weeks ago in my Tahoe and really appreciated the universe dropping me literally at Deacon Jones Chevrolet's front door at the next exit. My dog and I were welcomed into the service center right away on a Friday morning for diagnosis and our luck continued with the part available locally. We hopped on the WiFi and got some work done while the service team took care to get me back on the road within a few hours.
