She was the exact opposite of the characteristic sleazy car salesman- she was a professional, completely honest, well informed, and genuinely wanted to make sure that I made the best decision for myself. She is a sales lady!! Having a woman in this position of sales really made me feel comfortable and willing to ask any silly questions that I likely would not have asked otherwise. I definitely respected and very much appreciated her attitude towards giving me the information I requested without being overly pushy.
