2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Straub Ford is the quintessential car dealership people hope to work with when buying a new car. Just phenomenal!! They were super chill when we first went there and throughout the process. There were no awkward sales pitches, untruthful talking up on the vehicles, they were so very respectful and not pushy at all! I'm so grateful that they took fantastic care of us from the first hello all the way through the process to after buying the car and they are still taking exceptional care of me and my new car. They made me feel so important and such a very valuable customer, so taken care of and rewarding to trust them. They went above and beyond to take care of me and I'm very very grateful! They helped me a lot with the financing, the head finance guy even came in on the weekend and worked with the bank to get me the best deal possible. They gave me a fantastic value on my trade-in. They gave me ample and thorough time and attention, more than I would have expected because it was a small potatoes deal and they probably did not make much money on it. I feel like they treated me like I was buying their most expensive car, what incredible professional and considerate ethics they have here! They made sure I was 100% happy with my new car and I certainly am! I wish I was better at remembering names so I could thank all the wonderful gentlemen that helped me so much... I guess I'll just call them Mr. Fantastic, Mr. Awesome, Mr. Incredible, and Mr. Amazing! Thanks so much guys!!! We've recently purchased a car from Straub and there were some issues that needed to be fixed. I can honestly say that they did a phenomenal job on the work that was owed.. I want people to understand that if you buy a car from Straub they stand behind their word.

Started going to Straub Moundsville a few months ago for our Bronco Sport and F150. Mike and the service team there are very helpful, friendly and honest. It’s always nice to have an auto shop you feel like you can trust. Highly recommended.
