2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Mo has been an absolute dream to work with. I came in to buy from out of state and he sent me the forms in advance to review, and walked me through the process start to finish. He was patient with me in all of my follow ups—titling looks very different in my state—and even worked with me to get body repairs done before I came to buy it. He extended the promised 3 mo powertrain warranty to 6 mo just to be kind and is working with me on a sensor issue that cropped up on the drive home (which is common with beetles unfortunately). Best believe Mo will be finding me my next VW—he’s an expert.
