2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

My wife and I purchased our first Lincoln Aviator yesterday, and our experience was exceptional. The vehicle itself is stunning, and it is exactly what we were looking for. It is beautiful, sleek, luxurious, and comfortable. Even Woodhouse’s presentation of the vehicle was top-notch, with a vehicle we had ordered behind red velvet ropes and a sign congratulating my wife and I. Yet this review would not be complete without mentioning a couple of people that made the experience even more amazing for us. Alec R and Patrick spent a lot of time with us, as we searched across the country for a Lincoln Aviator that would still qualify for the tax credit. Both of them were personable, patient, and professional. Even when we found the Aviator that we purchased and all the paperwork was signed with Elaine (who was also very helpful), Alec took an hour of time to sit in the car with us, and explain through each and every one of its features. I’ve never seen another dealer do that. Thank you Woodhouse Lincoln for making this experience such an incredible memory for us.

I purchased a vehicle here with Brian Sich. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient with us. There was some minor damage on the bumper that we found right after purchasing the vehicle, and Brian was able to cover the small cost of getting it repaired. I would definitely give them a call if you're looking at buying a new car.

I have a 2012 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I was having computer issues. They fixed the computer issue and also fixed a re-call. Great service!!! Very impressed with everything they did and how I was treated!! Thank You!!
