Bought my new 2023 WRX from Neil Huffman over the weekend and had an incredible experience! I did the entire negotiation process over email, and the sales person, Joe Flippin, made the entire process very seamless and convenient. When I originally inquired about the vehicle, Joe immediately sent me a personalized video showing me the car, which was appreciated since I am located a couple of hours away from the dealership. Neil Huffman by far gave me the best deal (price for the car and a good trade-in value). Once finalizing the deal over email, I drove over to Neil Huffman and only spent 1.5 hours at the dealership signing paperwork, then I was off with my new car! Upon arriving home, I noticed a few faint scratch marks alongside the driver side of the car, which I did not originally notice at the dealership. I reached back out to Joe, and he informed me I could take the car to my local Subaru dealership and have the scratches buffed out with no additional charge for me. Overall, I had a great experience at Neil Huffman and I highly recommend anyone to go there and see Joe!
