2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I spent every dollar I had saved at Topline Auto for a reliable commuter car for my son. A couple of days later, the car started to have mechanical issues. I felt so defeated because I didn't have additional money to fix the issue. Edgar and his team did not hesitate to get the car fixed. They went above and beyond and even gave my son a loaner car while the car was in the shop. They didn't stop there, he had the mechanic go through and change out filters and gave it a tune up. He also gave us a great deal on window tint. My son has been driving the car for over a month now and he loves it. The guys there are. Very personable. Always happy to see you. They are friendly and easy to work with. They go the extra mile to help you find the vehicle that is right for you. They answer all your questions. After the sale they helped answer more questions and even helped with a couple of issues. Management, sales team and mechanics are all amazing wonderful people.
