My sales person no longer works there, but my purchase experience was excellent. Since purchasing my car, the service department has been outstanding. Mike and Jaimie are both wonderful and make it clear that they appreciate my business. They set me up with a workspace so that I can get things done while I wait, and they always have thorough explanations of what is going on with my car. I'm very pleased with my Palisade!
