If you're a first-time car buyer like me or have had a bad experience with car lots I recommend family auto 100%. Their communication is excellent and the quality of care they have shown to me is out of this world. I have never experienced as good of customer service as I have been given here at family auto. If you are hesitant about trusting or choosing a car lot as I was, go in person here and ask for Mookie or Irving. They are amazing, honest, trustworthy, patient, and extremely understanding. They treated me like family. I am now on my second car through them and I will be getting every car through them from here on out. 10/10.
