2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Omg this placed saved us and we are so great full. My wife called from Billings Montana and asked if they had a part we needed and the guy said he had the part but it was on hold for a customer, she started crying and said I’m stranded far from home( florida) he said ma’am if you drive here we will get you home. And I be damn if him and his service men didn’t work on our truck for 2 days and got us up and running. Definitely worth the drive we really got that hometown hospitality at this Ford dealership.

The people are friendly and professional. The Service Department is top notch. I highly recommend Pfiefle Ford for any work you need on your vehicle or if you are looking to buy a used or new vehicle.
