2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I am not a regular customer here but happened to be visiting and had an emergency error message show up in my car. I drove up and requested help reading the codes and determining the drivability of my car. I got fast, really kind, considerate service in under 30 minutes. If I lived here, I would certainly become a customer here after this experience!

My wife and I were in Penn Yan and we're leaving for home in Canandaigua when our truck started squealing a loud noise from one of the tires. Fo loud that people on main St were staring. We made it up to Marbles and pulled in there and told the mechanics we didn't date try for Canandaigua. They put the truck up on a lift...pulled some tires off...spent quite a bit of time checking things out. They also took it for a spin. They could not find a cause...maybe a stone...but when all was said and done the noise was gone and we drove home to Canandaigua in a quiet truck. We are very grateful that they immediately got us in...checked out the truck...and charged us very little. They now have a new customer. Murray Henry .
