2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Pat Milliken Ford is great. I had a problem scheduling my maintenance appointment thru my Ford app and when I showed up I was still able to have the work done. I was not turned away. Service person Juliette was so knowledgeable and respectful that made my experience so easy and positive. My car was taken care of in a timely manner and washed at the end.
