2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

He was able to effectively discover our needs and then focus us on the best vehicle choices to meet our needs. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and respectful of our time. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive when I take my truck into Northtown Ford. They are ready to help with any problem I may have. If there is an issue with my truck, and there rarely is, I do not hesitate to go to Northtown Ford.

I'm a little late on this but this past summer I had the AC compressor fail on my F350. I dropped it off and they said they wouldn't be able to get it done before the weekend (I was leaving town for a week). Friday afternoon, service had called me and said they were able to get my truck done and that it was ready to be picked up! Lifesavers! Worked like a charm since! Northtown does all the work on my F350 and never have any issues after, but this particular instance meant a lot to me. Thanks guys.
