2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

My stepson was in an accident on 02/16/24, and the insurance company considered the vehicle a total loss. Due to no fault of his own, he was now forced to find a vehicle within the budget of what the insurance paid out. We searched for weeks around the Pittsburgh area (where he lives) and came up empty. We then took three days off to search York and the surrounding areas. We visited over 3 dozen dealerships, and the night before our last day off, I stumbled upon a 2017 Ford Expedition that looked super clean with low mileage compared to what we had been finding. It was slightly over budget, but I sent the message to Kevin inquiring about seeing it. He was very responsive, and we made an appointment for the very next morning. When we arrived, Kevin was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle. It can be scary buying a used vehicle from an unfamiliar name or person, but after learning this is a family owned small business that’s been around for 45 years, it put our minds at ease. After test driving and some additional conversation, we made the decision to purchase the same day. Kevin made the process so quick and easy! I had an additional question a few days after we purchased, and he was still extremely responsive. I would recommend this small dealership to everyone!

How's this for a testimony as to how good Kevin and Mid-Atlantic Auto is? We had been searching for a Pacifica for some time, which we will use as a vacation vehicle to visit family, and as a work van for me because of its ability to haul 4x8 sheets flat and dry for work.. After checking from Rochester, New York, all the way down to NYC and Pennsylvania for the best deal; we ended up purchasing from Kevin here at Mid-Atlantic.. It was more than just price. Kevin was responsive, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Most of all, he's a straight shooter, which is SO rare these days, especially with used car sales.. He worked to get us the perfect model we were looking for, which he didn't even have in the lot at the time we first spoke. He managed to speed up the transfer and prep of the car to fit our schedule of when we could drive down with our trade to buy it. We actually passed up a couple of deals from other dealers, but weren't the exact model were looking for. More than one other car salesman at those other dealers lied about the price to get us in the showroom thinking we would accept their final higher price... NOT the case with MAA, and Kevin.. He gave us a GREAT deal, and was no pressure about doing so. Our new to us car was spotless ready, and with a few extras we didn't expect. We are VERY happy... Kevin and Mid-Atlantic Auto are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5 out of 5 stars..
