Kylie was great the best Ford employee I’ve ever met. Helped me with my FordPass account and gave me advice on future service that may be pending for my vehicle. I felt like she is the true meaning of customer service. The was the best service visit I’ve ever had for sure and it was all because of Kylie.

Jay was my service advisor, he was open to all costs ahead of time for any repairs needed to be done to my vehicle. Very professional and courteous. I’ve had issues before with oil changes done on my car, but fortunately there were none this time
