2013 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

Drove a little over two hours from KY. I had been consistent in communication during the work week to the point where I was able to come down to test drive a vehicle. The gentleman I worked with was very helpful with the whole process and worked with me to get to the price I could comfortably work with. Definitely recommend this dealership. They will not try and pull anything. They are very down to earth people and great to work with. I usually never put reviews for anything, but I just had to inform everyone, considering buying from here what an easy and great experience I had with them.

We feel this is a genuinely caring family that treats you right. We bought a Nissan Pathfinder from them. The windshield wiper pump wasn't working and they fixed it without charging us. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with them and recommend them.

I was in quite a situation with an engine issue, and Larry and his crew not only advised me but ordered my new engine and had the old one removed and new one installed in just 2 and a half days. My original reason for using Autoworks was that my extended warranty was replacing my transmission after it had failed. Once again, fast service and professional service.
