Made an appointment to see a Highlander that Tom Wood Volkswagen had on there lot. Mike Thompson showed it to us and we took it for a spin. Everyone there was kind and helpful. An agreement was made on price and we closed the deal. It was a good experience.
My service experience was great! They completed everything in the amount of time they said they would and took the additional time to teach me a few things about the car and their service. The upstairs waiting area is an excellent space to quietly get some work done while waiting. Steve was a pleasure to work with. While services from the dealership can cost more money, it is clear it’s because you pay for quality of service. To me, it’s well worth it!
