2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I got my vehicle from Jake just over a year ago. He has been very helpful. I've stopped to ask question a number of times as things arise and he's always taken time out of his day to lend a helping hand. The one thing I will never forget that really separated him and the staff apart from other dealers was that each time I see any of them they always treat me like family.

The sales person (Tyler) that assisted my wife and I was very professional and helpful. I never had a sales person explain everything so good before with any other vehicle purchase that I have made. He made us feel very comfortable and did everything that he could to make sure we got everything that we were entitled within the purchase. My wife had a specific vehicle and color that she wanted and Tyler did find and deliver exactly what she wanted. She is extremely happy with the purchase and the way it was done. It was a pleasant experience to not be pressured into something that we did not want. Thanks again.
