2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

My 2018 Tucson 1.6 Turbo transmission failed at 45,500 miles. I brought it into Jake in service and they took excellent care of me. They provided a loaner SUV and replaced the entire transmission under the 10 year 100k mile power train warranty, and it didn’t cost me a dime ???? Hyundai made good on their warranty without any problems. The people at the dealership were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have a dealership dog too ?????? Highly recommended A++++
