I bought an 11 year old diesel truck from Ted ~ 4 months ago and the communication and transparency were the best I've ever experienced in the auto sales industry. I called up asking about the truck, and he immediately told me what was wrong w the truck....Now....MOST auto sales people would do the opposite! But to me, the fact that he told me what was wrong right off the bat, to a random stranger, made it clear to me that I did not have to worry about credibility with this man. Thank God, now I can worry about all the other stuff ;-)
