2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Buying a used vehicle is stressful, and after days of searching the web I was still unsure of what I wanted. I really liked that this dealership offers a free CARFAX report on their used vehicles. It made finding my future truck easy and removed a lot of the unknowns for such an expensive purchase. A good friend suggested I team up with John my salesman, and that he wouldn't do me wrong. He took me step by step through each of the CARFAX reports for both vehicles I was interested in, offering suggestions and input along the way which helped me narrow down my search. After ruling out one of my choices and a test drive later and I was signing paperwork that same day. A few days after I got the truck, there was a small issue with the truck (battery related), but Sheboygan Chevy made me a priority and got my vehicle inspected same day, fixed the issue and made it right. Their travel concierge made sure I had a ride home and back to the dealership the next day to pick it up. 10/10 definitely recommend. Harris and Stacy have a great team of people. I am really happy with my purchase and the extended warranty I selected will protect me for years down the road. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. A couple weeks later I brought the truck back for a vibration concern and the service dept was fantastic about hearing my concern, diagnosing it as a defective tire, and replacing it for me the next day. We visited a few other dealerships and test drove a few other car brands before we stopped by and tried a few at this dealership. Jordan was extremely friendly and more than patient with all of the time we took to make the right choice for our needs. We ultimately decided on a 26 GMC Terrain. The particular model and options we wanted was not at their location but they did everything to get us one that fit all of our wants.
