2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Ivan was an amazing salesman. I came from a dealership that had terrible service and was looking at a specific vehicle. I called Great Cars while at that other dealership and asked for details from Ivan about their FJ Cruiser they had available. Ivan was so knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Ivan and Matthew. Despite living 6 hours away from the dealership, they were easy-going and compassionate towards my unique situation. Unlike other dealerships, we were able to agree on all the necessary details over the phone and email. The feature that really caught my attention was the availability of the car fax report on their website, which made my buying decision much easier. Salesperson was nice. His office had sketches of celebrities which was pretty cool. I didn't buy a vehicle but do like that this dealership checks their vehicles before putting them on the lot, they have high quality vehicles, and also they work with credit unions.
