2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I live more than an hour away from this dealership and drive there because of the honesty and integrity I’ve gotten each and every time. Easy to work with and great customer service.

I am out of town working and had an oil leak from oil cooler lines. Called them on Thursday afternoon , made appointment for Friday at 8 am , this is a 350 diesel, most of the time it’s weeks to get looked at , I explained I was 3 hours from home , they got me in , got the parts. Back on the road by 1 o clock , great service department ????????????????

Service was 5 star. Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Apologies for not remembering the mechanics name. Really knew I was in good hands. Trust me. I’ve been to the lazy shops that do the minimal. Cleanest facility I’ve witnessed in years. Thanks a bunch.
