2013 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I drove 2 hours to look at a Maverick truck and am i glad i did. I went to a couple car and truck supermarkets near me did not find the caring and professionalism I prefer. Front Royal Ford welcomed us, served us in a professional and caring manner. The truck price was fair with no “market adjustments”. They offered and explained extended warrenties in a professional. We purchased the truck were thanked and told they are there to answer any questions we might have with our newer vehicle. It was a five star treatment. Great place to purchase a vehicle.

Great staff and amazing customer service the gentleman that I was dealing with his name is Zach one of the services advisors I cannot say enough good things about Zach his a true gentleman. He was great in each and every step of the way they replaced my transmission on my raptor. I’ve been to so many dealerships they couldn’t help out. They couldn’t find the problem. The second day after I dropped off my truck they found the all of the issues and right away dealt with the warranty company. Thank you all for the great work.

BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Brittany was so kind, thoughtful, & helpful. It’s hard to go to a dealership and not feel pressured or stressed especially when you have little experience with buying a car. With Brittany I felt zero pressure & I could tell she genuinely listened to my needs & cared about getting me the car I wanted. Cannot be more thankful for her!
