The team at Exclusive has taken care of numerous issues on my now old and troublesome Jeep. Including a rear differential replacement and a difficult oil pan gasket replacement (due to having to drop the transmission to get it out). They have handled each and every issue with professionalism and courtesy that is greatly appreciated. Everything from a state inspection to major part replacements has been about as painless as they can be, thanks both to Tim at the desk and his helpful insight and transparency with pricing and time, and the crew in the shop for quickly diagnosing and repairing my issues. The team there is something special and it's going to keep me coming back and recommending your shop to anyone who asks. Maybe close the shop early once in a while and have a cookout and a few beers with them all. They do great work and deserve it.
Very pleasant and respectful staff, the work was done timely. After the repair my car runs like new ant the cost was very reasonable. I am so very happy and sold . I highly recommend this service center.
