2015 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I was dreading the whole car buying process but not at Crossroads Ford. Brett made my car purchasing experience pleasant and easy. He had everything taken care of and all the paperwork ready when I arrived at the dealership. He explained everything I was signing and showed me all the features the vehicle had. I highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent purchase experience that was painless, even coming from out-of-state. We worked with Todd, he was great and helped us get through all the paperwork without any surprises. What really stood out to me is how helpful they've been after the sale. Great folks to work with, would highly recommend family and friends to consider buying a car from Crossroads...I know I'd make the 3hr drive again to buy from them.

Sean and the other service desk gentleman truly know how to make a customer feel valued. I purchased my vehicle back in 2021 with John who also made me feel extremely valued by the company. Yesterday, I had some damage occur to my tire. This morning when I showed up at 8:00 they were able to get me four new tires shipped to their location for mount and balance as well as a rental with NO warning or appointment. I’ve been extremely loyal with oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and all maintenance and I felt the loyalty be returned to me in that moment. I love that I always leave there feeling safe and secure in my vehicle after services also. My favorite thing about crossroads is I see them be kind and compassionate to every customer, not just me. I’m so grateful for everyone there who helps make these experiences happen for me and our community!
