2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Eddie, Juan, and Andy all did a phenomenal job of going above and beyond all expectations by working with me to meet all my needs, including personally delivering my vehicle to my home 3+ hours away. Fantastic, excellent service, and a sweet ride, I’m extremely happy & satisfied with my purchase. UPDATE 1/23/24 : I still love my car, no qualms. They negotiated with me at the time of sale so that I got into the range of what I wanted to pay for the vehicle, which was a reasonable price, in my opinion. I am very familiar with used Audis and their “quirks” and anticipated having to put a little love into it after purchase, which I have done. That’s kind of the catch-22 with smaller used car dealerships - you need know what you’re purchasing before you even go to look at it and keep your expectations in check. I maintain my 5-star review of their establishment AND customer service nearly a year later. Again, they went above and beyond.

Just purchased a 2013 GMC Acadia from Chris's Century Car Company. My wife and I drove up from Waseca, Mn to look and test drive the vehicle. We were interested in purchasing however the AC did not work. Rich and Chris took the time to look at the vehicle and determined that they would have to take to repair shop. They had the vehicle serviced, still keeping to the agreed to price. Another plus, before putting vehicle up for sale, they had new tires put on at Discount Tire, thus as the new owner I can get free rotations and balance for life of tires. Would definitely do business with them again!
