2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Very pleased with my experience with Gilbert & Bill. Super likable, easygoing guys. My one pet peeve is always getting hounded by car salesmen and it was NOT like that here! I really appreciate all the help and knowledgeable facts about all their cars. They have their own personal shop which makes me feel like the vehicle is safe. I've been to a lot of dealerships and had so-so experience with several, but I think our overall with Pac Point was pretty good. Some nice cars at reasonable prices. Found a car exactly right for the wife and the agreed price out the door was pretty much spot on. We inspected the car and found a couple minor issues that they fixed on the spot or had fixed before we returned. I'd probably purchase another.
