2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

•Bought a good car for a fair price from this place. In order to test drive a car here, you have to show them you're seriously considering the car you want to test drive - show them the money. Talk is cheap. I had no issues test driving the car. The owner has fallen victim to thieves driving off with his car(s), and it shows. *No nonsense vibes. Appears to be a family run business. Friendly manager. Even let me help myself to the fridge! •My car came very clean on the inside and under the hood it was spotless. Like, crazy clean engine bay. Car came with everything: owners manuals, spare tire kit, floor mats, etc. •I received new plates and a title by mail a few weeks after purchase. •They sell used cars, as-is. If you're not very mechanically inclined or experienced with cars, mechanically; either do your own due diligence or bring someone with you that's knowledge to inspect the vehicle. They don't give you a car fax. My car came with no maintenance records in the glove box. You get what you get, no warranty, no returns. **I rate 4 stars and not 5 because I was told it would be washed and it wasn't and when I did wash it, after i closed the deal, some pretty decent cosmetic damage to the rear door and other small cosmetic damage was exposed, which was not included in the listing description. Had I looked closer and known, I would've definitely negotiated for less or walked away. They did give me $10 for a car wash . Also, no car fax or vehicle history provided.

I drove an hour and a half for my car and I can't give enough stars about my experience with this dealership. The staff were super nice and very very patient, as my bank took some time to get my financing together. We test drove the car and I was shown all the extras and how to use them. It's fully equipped and my kids live it!! I LOVE my 2018 Chevy Traverse and can't be happier to know that I bought it from such caring, experienced people at Star Auto.
