2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

My fiancé and I took a day to do some car browsing. Our first stop was Coughlin Kia in Lancaster. We were immediately greeted by Alec, who was so incredibly helpful from the very start. We told him what we were looking for, and he walked us right over to a Ford Explorer that we never thought we’d own. He was so helpful at getting us an awesome deal for a great vehicle! We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience!!!

Every time I have come in for service, the customer service has been fantastic. Everyone is friendly, easy to talk to, and the work is completed in a timely manner. Coffee and fresh baked cookies help too!

I had an amazing experience getting my car serviced! I definitely recommend those needing their cars serviced to try the Lancaster Kia! My service advisor was Jonathan and he was amazing! As soon as pulled in I welcomed with a warm greeting and positivity! I don't know much about cars, and only came in to get an oil change and inspection, but Jonathan was very knowledgeable and explained each process and service my car will be getting! The service took about an hour and a half and while in the waiting area, I was pleasantly surprised with the different amenities offered by their cafe! They even had a room for little children to play and a separate space for those who needed a place to work quietly! After my car was ready to go Jonathan thoroughly explained the "next steps" and offered great advice to keep my car operating for longer! I will be back at this location and I would recommend requesting Jonathan he was awesome!
