Great customer service and an honest salesman.....I purchased my 2016 BMW X5 35d from Alex. I put a deposit on the car a week before flying down from Ohio. Alex kept in contact the whole time and had a person who also wanted the vehicle but he honored my deal and even when I got there early on Saturday morning the person interested in buying the vehicle was waiting to see if I showed up. Alex handled the whole transaction professionally and the car is perfect! Me and my son drove the car back to Ohio and I had its oil and inspection done by my local BMW dealership and they say it is like new! I spent nearly 30 years of my life working at car dealerships as a line technician. Over the years, I have seen many car salesmen who would say or do anything to make a sell. At these dealerships, they tack on many types of fees that raise the cost of a vehicle 3-4 thousand dollars above the listed price.
