2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

Fantastic experience after my first time bringing my truck here - Longtime Firestone customer but not anymore. These guys took amazing care of my truck and did an awesome job on my brakes. Easy to work with and incredibly quick to diagnose. I dropped my truck off the night before my appointment and they called me at 7:30am the next day with a plan for repair. I was blown away! Cannot recommend these guys enough. Fast turnaround time, fair recommendations for repair, fair costs.

I'm not a big review writer, but Congdon Auto truly deserves some praise and thanks. I just moved to New England from out of state and I was looking for a dependable auto repair business. Multiple folks at work suggested Congdon Auto in order to take care of my trusted transportation. I brought my car into Congdon for an oil change and tire rotation, and the level of service and professionalism was beyond description! The brothers that operate this business are such stand up guys who back up their work with a whatever it takes attitude for the customer. I cannot thank the ownership and team at Congdon auto enough. If there were 10 Stars, I would give them. Gary & the guys at Congdon Auto were able to get me in last minute with a broken axle and get me back on the road within the week. Good shops with good people are hard to find these days. If you're looking for an honest repair, look no further.
