2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

5 stars for Arif and his brother Mohamed for hooking me up on this 2012 Nissan Leaf. The asking price was negotiated to unforeseen circumstances, so I greatly appreciated Mohamed doing the right thing. I understand that it is obviously in all salesmen's interest to make a profit, and I know this one was a loss for these guys, but they acknowledged it to make things right, and took the loss anyway. I knew the car needed towing since the electric range wasn't enough to get me home. The tow truck driver discovered a bad 12V battery and needed to jump it. I cannot say for certain if Mohamed knew about this, but he did the right thing and refunded me some cash, and that's what mattered was his honesty to rectify it. Thank you guys! 5 stars!
