2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Malouf Ford is a wonderful dealership. The experience my wife and I had was very pleasant. We had been looking for an SUV and had been to many dealerships and looked at many makes/models. Three of these dealerships left us feeling pressured and uncomfortable. We finally shopped at Malouf, and Malouf however, was a breath of fresh air. The sales team met us and made us feel comfortable immediately. Our salesman listened to what we were looking for, showed us the various models as we sat in each one. We settled on the Explorer. After driving one of the many models on their lot, the salesman explained the many different model lines as well as all the options we could get. After deciding on exactly what my wife and I wanted, Malouf found our vehicle and it was at their dealership the next day. We never felt pressured and to the contrary, we were offered as much time as we needed to decide all of our options. This included answering the many questions we had. I would highly recommend the Malouf family of dealerships to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

Me and the family have been purchasing vehicles from Malouf for several years since they were across from the old bowling alley on route 1. We will never go anywhere but to Malouf.
