2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I can’t say enough about this dealership. I ran into a pinch with my bank that stalled the transaction. They were very understanding, held the vehicle and even drove 1.5 hrs to meet me half way! We had started with JP Auto on Facebook marketplace with our Transit van for my business. Not only had they immediately contacted us back but the experience with them was incredible. As we were trying to get our finances in order they held the vehicle marking it as sold in good faith, we had been searching for this type of vehicle was perfect for us as business owners. Finally we were able to make the drive and meet Jason who we dealt with the whole time and before purchasing we had requested a pre inspection on the vehicle, they not only offered to take it to the mechanic (which we had picked out completely separately) but they had then drove the vehicle to get it checked out. Since we are from a different area they also then came and got the vehicle. This was just the beginning since then being so far away to drive in Michigan they offered to meet us halfway after getting the finances and ready to pull the trigger. All around insanely great experience and will recommend to friends and family. Give these guys a call. Don’t think about it. Do it.
