2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Bought a used, low mileage, late model Ram 2500 Outdoorsman from them. Painless experience for me. Unfortunately, I had some difficulties getting my trade-in paperwork together but they remained patient and kind. They even allowed me take the Ram to my mechanic and have him crawl all over it for over an hour. Didn't even bother to ride a long. In today's culture, that's almost unheard of. Had my new truck for over a month and I love it. The price was below market, but fair. My trade-in offer was haggle free and they actually sold it before I got all of the paperwork completed. They contacted banks for me and found an awesome interest rate and payment option which fit my budget. I will most likely buy another vehicle here if it fits my need and refer my friends to do the same. My Outdoorsman has lived up to its name.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle. The staff was very informative and very helpful. Not your normal car buying experience. Didn't feel pressured at all like your normal used car lot. Finance team went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. This isn't our first purchase from here, and won't be the last either.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband bought his truck through this dealership, and they gave him a wonderful offer! We were very pleased with the way he was treated, they were never pushy or nagging, they told us the truth about each truck and which truck would fit our needs and which wouldn't. We noticed the heater would sometimes blow luke warm air and they got it fixed the same day before we picked it up. They also apologized for not having time to take the truck to the car wash (which we didn't mind, it had just rained and we picked the car up early morning), but the owner gave us a $20 bill while leaving and told us to have our first car was on him! This is an excellent place to go if you need a truck or SUV!
