I bought a 2013 grand caravan (christine was my contact) using Car Gurus website. I am from Wisconsin. Coordinated everything from the phone, email and fax. Had the car professionally inspected before the purchase. Drove 800 miles to pick it up. Christine opened up early for us and was very helpful.
