My visit at Mike Alsop was very pleasant and professional. With welcoming assistance when I entered one hour prior to my scheduled test drive, Jarod took great care of me, showing me the car as soon as he was available, going over every detail of the model I was interested in. After the test drive was over, he handed everything over to Nick, who was extremely nice and patient. Receiving the quote, the greatest surprise was not finding any additional unrequested warranties or security systems. We struck a great deal, even including a scratch repaint for free! Post-purchase assistance was even more amazing: had a minor problem with the newly purchased vehicle and they promptly allowed me to bring it on the closest available day; within 9 hours the car was ready and taken care of at no cost, even going as far as keeping the ticket open for eventual future related problems. Amazing way of treating customers. Looking forward to come back again. I heavily recommend this place!
