2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Had a fantastic experience!! Andrew the sales manager as well as Wyatt Smith were nothing but the most helpful!! Andrew had a car practically picked out for us before we even got there we just had to test drive a few different cars in order to make sure it was the right one. Now I'm the new owner of a 2020 Hyundai Tucson with only 45k miles. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase!

Working with Ron on the ordering process of my new Bronco was smooth. Everything went very well and was clearly explained. Throughout the build phase of the order I was updated on every status change even before I received the Ford updates. Once the Bronco was received at the dealer, Ron quickly got my dealer installed options taken care of so I didn't have to wait long to take possession. The paperwork was fast, Ron had everything organized and ready for me. The financing was just as quick and easy.

Was in town for a quick visit, and had a check engine light come on just before getting back on the highway. Warrensburg Ford got me in immediately, and back on the road in a couple hours. Service dept was extremely courteous and professional. Would recommend!
