2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

From initial start to my purchase I was treated better then any other experience I had. When making a large purchase there are nerves involved. They handled everything and made sure they found the exact vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted to spend. No games no broken promises just delivering customer satisfaction at its finest. I’ve been in buisness for 30 years and I know how to treat a customer, never let them feel like you’re doing them a favor but to be appreciative of their business. Jimmy Bastis general manager did just this. In fact I’ve already sent 2 people his way I was impressed. It’s so nice having a service center on site. Unlike other dealers dropping your car off for needed updates, service or repairs. Everything is in the same building. Believe me I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and by far this was the best experience by far. I will be using them for everything and do will all my friends and family. Whatever you’re looking for they have a huge network of availability and will even pick up the car for you to view. 5 Stars for Tasca Fairhaven for us.

Just recently purchased a used 2024 Toyota Highlander from them and the experience was great. The staff were extremely friendly and not pushy at all like you would typically find at dealerships. JV, the finance manager, and Jimmy the salesman, were fantastic to deal with and I plan to continue to use their services in the future. I would highly recommend this dealership to any friends or family.
