2018 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

The buying process was a pleasure at Battlefield Ford of Culpepper. Jerry Warren and his sales associates worked quickly and efficiently in my trade and transaction purchasing a new truck. Time is important to everyone and I’ve never understood why some dealers make buying a car a 3 to 4 hour process. I may have been there an hour and a half. All questions thoroughly considered and answered. I will recommend and return to Battlefield Ford.

I had a wonderful experience at Battlefield Ford. My salesman was Alfredo Chavez who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped me through the buying process by answering questions, taking the time needed as I dithered, and helped me come to a decision that I still greatly appreciate. I’ve had my Bronco Sport for a year now and can honestly say that he has continued to go above and beyond by responding promptly to phone calls and questions, and by giving demonstrations of the new technology. The service department has also been awesome as I’ve come in (not for repairs) but for oil changes and the like. I greatly appreciate the service at Battlefield Ford and highly recommend Alfredo Chavez!

I have been taking my vehicle here since 2015. They have always taken care of everything I need. Recently my car needed some work as it’s getting up in age. Michelle at the service desk kept me up to date, always letting me know the status of everything happening with the car, along with when the parts came in. I never needed to call them myself to get updates, which was a big plus as I have two young children.
