I had a great experience with Tasca Yonkers. My sales associate Rene was attentive, cordial and knowledgeable...the absolute best! The business manager Gabriel explained everything with great detail and he took the time to review and answer any questions I had. Amazing customer service all around. Even got to chat with the dealership manager, Jack! My experience was seamless! Everyone was so helpful...I highly recommend Tasca Ford Yonkers!!!

My 1st service appointment at Tasca was a positive experience. I arrived early and was seen at that time. The manager, Anil greeted me and ensured that I understood the service that was being done and the associated costs for parts and labor. Everything was done timely and the waiting area was comfortable. Staff was friendly and everyone greeted you. I'm skeptical of dealer maintenance however Tasca kept it real advising certain items did not need changing or maintenance. I feel I can go forward with a sense of trust that service on my vehicle will be only what is needed and I'll be given accurate information. Thanks Anil and all the service staff that worked on my vehicle.

Tasca gave me good, efficient service for routine work and some special Ford Performance parts installation. They explained everything and got my Bronco back to me as soon as they could. There was one additional bit of work I asked them to consider (Ford Performance Pro Calibration) and they were very candid and said their techs hadn’t done any ProCal for Bronco, and I would be better off asking Ford for a referral to another dealer—I appreciated that. My one complaint is that Tasca over promised how quickly they could get the work done, and they had to revise the ETA a couple times. Not a big fault, given that they were always keeping me informed.
