2013 Ford Explorer Limited 4x4

In February 2022, my son was in need of a truck and a friend referred me to this dealership and he found the truck he LOVED so we made the purchase. The gentleman (Brandon Foreman) in the sales department was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were interested in, completely patient with us test driving several and pricing was fair considering the market value now. The whole company works as a team and are very professional and courteous and made us very comfortable with our purchase. A week after we had a few small issues and I immediately contacted brandon to discuss the issue we were experiencing late on a Friday and he had us bring truck in right away to check the problem. It was fixed completely and was nothing to be alarmed about but they were very diligent in getting the issue resolved at no cost to us and kept us in the loop every day it was in the shop. We have had no issues with the truck since than and my son absolutely loves his truck! The experience of purchasing a used vehicle can be frustrating and Brandon was so helpful and experienced in sales that it was the best car buying experience i ever had! He’s genuinely just a great human being and treated us with so much respect and honor! I will never purchase a car anywhere else or from anyone else again! The professionalism and courtesy I got every time I walked in the office makes car buying less stressful especially when they back their word of quality vehicles and products with actions not empty promises! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for quality used cars they get higher than 5 stars from me!

Smaller dealerships sometimes get a bad rap. This establishment is the exception. My husband was in need of a new (used) truck and John Bird helped make that happen with ease. We got a great deal and John was honest & straight-forward about getting us in the right vehicle. If you're looking for a great deal on a new used vehicle, don't hesitate about going to B&B. They treat you like family.

After searching for weeks, & dealing with some name brand dealers, I wish I would have came here first! John (the elder of the two) kept me informed, & followed up with me the entire process. We actually missed a signature, & instead of asking me to come back in, he drove out to me! This is the type of customer service I appreciate. The experience and selection of vehicles are top notch!
