We worked with Brad and he was fantastic with us! I walked in one day telling him to sell me on Lincoln because im traditionally a Chevy loyalist, and he dunked it! Over the week he spoke with us in detail in person going over each vehicle they had on the lot. Even showing features standing in the rain.
A very polite yet down to earth personality that is enjoyable start to finish. Knowledgeable, patient, funny, personable, and knows what he’s doing. Thank you, Brad, for getting me into a Black Label Navigator and taking the time to go through each and every feature!

After local dealer played games and low balled my trade I reached out online to lincoln of lafayette. Brad shirer was my contact, was offered what my trade in was worth. Exchanged emails on what I wanted in financing, liked the numbers presented on 2023 lincoln nautilus. drove 1 hour and 20 minutes, signed paper work with no surprises. Definately recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a car I could love, and I thought I knew what I wanted. But after a few discouraging experiences (low trade-in offers, high-pressure sales tactics, unimpressive vehicles), I decided to switch gears and check out Lafayette Ford Lincoln. I would look at the Ford SUVs.
On walking into the showroom at Lafayette Ford Lincoln, I was greeted in a friendly manner by the girl behind the desk and asked how they could help. I was introduced to a friendly salesman, Gage Ballard. He was about to show me the Ford SUVs outside when I spotted a classy compact Lincoln SUV on the showroom floor. It was so pretty, but I never considered a Lincoln. Surely, the price tag was out of my reach. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that, with rebates and a retiree discount, it was indeed within my reach.
Gage Ballard was the best salesman for me. He was friendly and personable, and truly seemed to enjoy helping me get the car I wanted. He was a wealth of information for the LIncoln, and if he didn't know an answer, he found it. All the possible roadblocks to buying this car were addressed and resolved.
Gage's sales manager (I think), Ted Lynch, was also helpful and respectful in this process, even finding more savings before signing the papers. The finance manager, Kaymen Megl, helped us through the paperwork and all the signatures. I knew we were in good hands.
I now truly enjoy driving this pretty little Lincoln and am very glad that I walked into Lafayette Ford Lincoln that day. Thank you, Gage, Ted, Kaymen, the guy who opened the door for me, and the rest of the friendly staff! I love my new car!
