My family was traveling from Wisconsin to South Dakota and Montana to take my father's ashes to all of the stops on his bucket list he never made it to, and we discovered while getting gas that our Tailgate wouldn't open in our F150. We drove to the Fairmont Ford and we were treated like we had already been a customer. They were so welcoming, and helpful. We waited in the grass with our puppy and they took us in right away and worked and fixed the truck. I cannot thank this team enough for keeping us moving on our road trip, but for being outstanding people. I would 100% drive back there to buy my next Ford. Kyle Flohrs is a great salesman. He helped us with our trade in of our 2017 Ford Escape to get a 2021 Ford Escape. He was able to get us what we wanted for my Escape in order for me to get the new Escape. He waited for us to get back over to Fairmont with my escape to do the trade. He was kind, respectful, helpful, courteous and really understanding what we wanted to do. We appreciate working with him.
