2017 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

We saw a SUV we liked online n drove to Lancaster Car Co to take a look at it. The doors were unlocked so we were able to explore a bit on our own before the salesman came outside to greet us. When Ritchie came out he was super helpful n laid back n answered our questions. In about ten minutes we were test driving the car on our own n we loved it! We decided to go ahead n purchase the vehicle n the whole process was so smooth n quick! I highly recommend them to buy a vehicle. The cleanliness of the vehicle was great n he gased it up n we were on our way! I’d say the process took about a half hour which compared to other places from buying in my past has taken 1/2 a day! I would recommend Richie and Lancaster County Cars to anyone looking to buy or sell their vehicle. I bought my 2016 BMW from Richie 3 years ago and it was a smooth and quick process. He helped me intermittently throughout my time owning the car, answering my random phone calls and addressing any questions I had, showing extreme patience for someone that does not know cars! Fast forward 3 years, and I was looking to transition to a newer vehicle—Richie gave me the best price out of any local dealership and, again, showed patience and support throughout the whole process! He even met me at the dealership where I was purchasing my new car to confirm his original offer price to the dealership! Cannot recommend Lancaster Car Co. enough, but especially to those looking for an easy process with a kind and helpful team.

I only had 8 days to buy a car due to an accident. I went to several, SEVERAL car dealerships and Lancaster Car Co is by far my favorite. Garret was not pushy. He explained everything well. He didn't get annoyed at the repeated questions I had for him. I peeked into the garage and every worker was working hard and diligent. And I LOVE MY SUV!!! He worked around my work schedule and responded quickly every time. The best part is, they don't rip you off like most do around here.
