2016 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

I bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander from this dealer. I had a fantastic experience start to finish. Very friendly people and understanding to the many questions I had and answered them all. Mohammed, the owner made sure that the car is set and ready to drive on all counts. I didn't face any issues, it was a great deal on the vehicle. First time financing a motor vehicle, I can tell you for a fact Muhammad is a very patient man and helped me a lot get through all the processes I needed in order to finance my first car. In November of 2023, I financed a Black 2013 Honda Accord EX Coupé, no lights on the dash, the vehicle was well maintained and even after driving around a lot since I first got the car I never ran into no issues. Now it just made 6 months since I purchased the Accord, I just put in new brakes & rotors all around, maintained all my fluids, just hit well over 8000 pushing 9000miles on the car and STILL haven’t had to deal with no issues with the vehicle. It took me a while to make a review, I didn’t want to make one so soon, it’s been 6 months with my new car and I am very pleased. For months before making my official decision I was very picky on what car dealership to go to, many dealerships will rob you out of your money, lie and deceive you with a bad car that needs work just so they can get their money. Not with Muhammad, I don’t just give my trust to anyone but from his honesty, good customer service, his patience and reliability I will go back to Best Car Best Deals every-time I want to look for a new car. I even referred his dealership to my brother and mom whom just purchased a brand new BMW off of him. Amazing dealer, amazing people, great cars with great deals, I highly recommend.

Mohammed was very cordial with how he handled me in trying to purchase a quality used car in my price range. My medical issues were important to consider and the first car I looked at didn’t fit my requirements 100%. He had just received a car that was my price and after a test drive, I put a down payment. The next day I picked up the car. Not all the paperwork was complete, so I would have to pick up the title & RMV paperwork the next day . Grabbing the paperwork sand heading to Mass RMV I found out while in line the title was missing. Instead of me driving 45 minutes to his place, he had his brother jump in his car and meet me at the RMV. That’s huge in my book. I’d go back to Best Car Best Deal for a quality used car.
