2013 Ford Explorer Limited 4x4

My experience with Joel at Autolink was a good one. I purchased a motorcycle from him and felt the deal was fair and that Joel was a pleasure to deal with. Transactions was done quickly and professionally.

Autolink is an unusual business. The owner Joel doesn’t need to work anymore. He stays open selectively working with a small number of customers and friends. There is a lot of less than appealing stuff sitting there, but he isn’t trying to sell that stuff and it isn’t for sale. His primary business is finding specialty cars when a customer knows exactly what they want and can’t find it. He occasionally sells a car that someone trades in (he’s sold at least 3 of mine), but having a lot car is pretty unusual. If you walk in and treat him like any other dealership, it won’t go well, I’ve seen it and the reviews show it. If you treat him like a decent human, Joel really goes above and beyond to help find you the car you want. I’m a 6x customer and dread the day this shop closes. I think most people are throwing shade on this establishment because of the way it looks, which is the way he wishes to run his business. Additionally, the owner is a very nice individual if you get to know him. Extremely well educated and he knows his stuff. His personality is down to business but once business is over with, he will take the time to chat with you about anything and everything. He tells amazing stories and has an incredible life story about growing up in LoCo. If you truly want an honest establishment to buy a vehicle, this is the place. I bought a car here. Everything went as indicated and he treated me and my transaction with professionalism and respect. If all dealers were like Auto Link, buying cars would be enjoyable. I highly recommend this establishment. Call beforehand, make an appointment. You will be glad you did. I am!!!!
