Amazing family business with history of doing the right thing! Best maintained used car lot in at least 100 mile radius. I would know because I am “that mom” and “that kind of car buyer”. The entire team here treated me with respect when I visited by myself. More importantly, to me, they treated my daughter with that same respect when I brought her the following day. Make no mistake, they are serious professionals. Every vehicle on their lot has been inspected by them and they invest in new tires to ensure safety and value for any buyer. Not exaggerating to claim it’s the best lot in at least a 100 mile radius. However, they are also genuine people with great senses of humor! We laughed ALOT and enjoyed getting to know Yaz (aka John), Rami, Charlie and everyone else. Each buyer is different and they respect those differences. Helping my young adult daughter acquire a car with excellent fuel economy under 8K was our priority. Yaz listened. He knew our joint loan application with USAA was approved for more than what I planned for us to spend. To Yaz’ credit, he never once tried to talk either of us into spending above the established budget. For that, I am grateful. It is worth noting that several cars from other used car dealerships had been potential options. However, not a single one could pass an inspection by our mechanic. First Automotive offered us our first “GOOD PROBLEM” in the car buying process. My daughter loved several First Automotive cars. I had her choose her two favorites and both passed inspection. Today, she is joyfully driving her 2016 Kia Optima acquired at First Automotive. Thank you, FA and Yaz! We are truly grateful for your professionalism and personalities!

I had a great experience today shopping for my car, great help from rami. Great salesman made sure I was happy and set with the car even before I signed my names on the dotted line. Made sure he gave me the best price and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the lot. Thank you again for the great experience !
