I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Impala from Eddie on July 5, 2022, and was a smooth process. My light's went out, I called Eddie, and he assisted me. My vehicle runs well, and I'm well pleased. My transmission went out in August 2023, I phoned Eddie, and he told me to have the car towed to him. He immediately had it inspected, phoned me in reference to the transmission, and stated that it would take 1 week in half to complete. He kept his word, called me within that timeframe, and instructed me to pick up my car. I was in shock when I arrived to be presented with how Eddie had exceeded all my expectations. He had actually went above, and beyond any Auto Merchant I had ever encountered. He repaired thing's I was unfamiliar with that was faculty as well. He's not only intelligent, professional, and but kind. He really have a heart for his customer's, and holds high integrity, because he will not put his people in lemon's. He didn't leave me stranded, and corrected my serious situation immediately.
